What data do we store?

Whoosh Balloon stores the following data on our servers (Firebase Realtime Database):

We do not store your name, email, phone number, location, or any other personally identifying information.

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us:

You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings.

How to request deletion of server data

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request — Whoosh Balloon
  3. If you know your in-game display name, include it in the email to help us locate your data
  4. We will delete your Player ID, display name, and all associated scores from our database
  5. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours
